We develop targeted small molecule drugs for the treatment of cancer. In doing so, we wish to offer affected patients treatment options that are more effective and better tolerated in order to provide a better quality of life. Our product pipeline comprises promising drug programs at various stages of clinical development. 4SC AG was founded in 1997. The shares of 4SC AG have been listed in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 15 December 2005.
In order to support the development of our core products we are seeking with immediate effect for our location in Martinsried (Munich area) a:
Your responsibilities include
Coordination, evaluation and preclinical assessment of our small molecule development programs
Preparation of nonclinical study design for safety evaluation, single- and repeat-dose toxicology, pharmacology and dose-ranging studies
Analysis of data derived from animal models (e.g. PK analysis) and providing internal expertise to understand and optimize the predictive value of animal models
Supervising and managing non-clinical studies at contract research organizations, as well as responsibility for writing non-clinical sections of regulatory submissions
Overall responsibilities including project management, budget tracking and tracking of tasks
Organizing data, maintaining records and communication of results
You are a self-driven, proactive, dynamic and highly motivated person, who is always ready to take on new tasks. Your way of thinking is strongly analytical with a results-oriented attitude. We require
Ph.D. in toxicology, pharmacology biochemistry or a related discipline
3-5 years of experience in academics or industry with special focus on the preclinical evaluation of small molecules in animal models
Demonstrated track record of experience with in vivo studies (PK, PD, Toxicology) for the evaluation of small molecule drug candidates
Candidates must be able to define project tasks, resource requirements and manage project budgets
Strong teamwork and excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Ability to effectively collaborate in a dynamic environment
Software skills: WinNonlin, MSOffice (Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
