Only a couple feel that certain thrill when picking up the phone and dialing a number without knowing who is going to pick up. The tension one feels shortly before leaving the much appreciated comfort zone.

That tingle right before you start something big. Right before you take the leap only to realize that you have improved tremendously afterwards. The ability of interacting and speaking with different types of people is rare and extremely valuable.

In the last two years we have become the market leader for infotainment system benchmarking and have made several of the biggest automotive manufacturers our customers. The company is growing and we need your support to sell our product in USA.

We are looking for a sales representative with experience. Hold on though: we are not looking for Key-Account managers but real sales experts, someone who can inspire others, someone who understands and pushes ideas and who knows when to give good input.

Experience and skills

  • Business fluency in English (preferably native language) and German (B2 level).
  • You have sales experience on the US market and are keen on building your own customer network
  • You are charismatic and responsible. You pitch in with your own ideas and are highly motivated.
  • You have good interpersonal skills, are comfortable when talking to others and are able to adapt to new situations
  • You develop creative sales strategies. Cold calling will always be a crucial part of your work
  • You take care of customers while developing a relationship based on trust. You will always be their go-to person should they experience problems.
  • You are interested in your client‘s business and are able to estimate the market‘s development due to your close relationship with your client
  • Your understanding of the market and your clients helps you to give advice regarding strategic decisions to your colleagues from the management, development and production sector
  • You identify with your company, the product and your team and represent them worldwide.

Even though your work focus is on sales, it is also about optimizing the product and getting us ahead as a company. Therefore, working in the sales department offers lots of room for your own ideas and your own creative skills.
